Back-to-School Educational Kits

To support students at the start of the academic year, we distributed comprehensive educational kits containing school bags, notebooks, and essential stationery to 200 primary school children from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

Women's Vocational Tailoring Center

Inaugurated a new vocational training center equipped with 15 sewing machines. This initiative is designed to provide skill development and financial independence for local women, offering a free 6-month certification course.

Government School RO Plant Installation

Access to clean drinking water is a fundamental right. We installed and commissioned a 5,000-liter Reverse Osmosis water purification plant at the Government Higher Secondary School, directly benefiting over 800 students and staff daily.

Coastal Cleanup & Mangrove Plantation

Partnering with local youth organizations, our members led a massive weekend cleanup drive along the Karaikal coastline, removing 500kg of plastic waste. We concluded the day by planting 100 mangrove saplings to protect the shoreline.

National Polio Immunization Drive

As part of Rotary International's enduring mission to eradicate Polio, our club sponsored three immunization booths across Karaikal district, successfully administering the vaccine drops to over 1,200 infants.

Mega Multi-Specialty Health Camp

Organized a free multi-specialty medical camp providing general health screenings, eye tests, and dental check-ups. Over 450 residents attended, with free medicines distributed and 40 patients referred for free cataract surgeries.

RYLA: Youth Leadership Summit

Hosted the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) camp for high school and college students. The intensive two-day summit featured workshops on public speaking, team building, and ethical leadership.
